KJ brings a decade of experience in operations and executive support to her role as The Rithm Project’s Executive Assistant and all-around chaos coordinator. She began her career in international development, managing logistics and systems for a global NGO before pivoting to support mission-driven leaders stateside.
Over the past five years, she has become a trusted strategic partner to executives across multiple business sectors—helping launch new ventures, streamline operations, and build the infrastructure that allows teams to thrive.
Outside of work, you’ll find her reading at the beach, throwing pottery, or exploring a new city with curiosity and care.
