The Rithm Project sparks global conversation about how AI is reshaping our relationships—and how we can choose connection in deeper, more creative, and lasting ways.

One way we do this is by creating interactive games, activities, and tools that anyone can use to start conversations in their own classrooms, teams, or communities.

The AI Effect

A game to uncover how AI can strengthen human connection, and when it might pull us apart.

What happens when AI shows up in our most personal moments? When it remembers your best friend’s birthday … or writes your apology text after a fight?

The AI Effect is a card game that invites you to wrestle with exactly that. Through a mix of real-life scenarios, provocations, and playful debate, you will debate when AI is supporting healthy human connection and when it erodes it.

It’s part party game, part ethics lab, and all conversation-starter. Whether you're a teacher, teen, technologist, or just curious—this is the game that makes the future feel personal

Sparks Toolkit

With the rise of AI, the next generation’s world of relationships is getting a lot more complicated.

The SPARKS Toolkit helps young people—and the adults who support them—navigate this future with discernment and agency.

The Toolkit offers a collection of short activities and conversation tools. You’ll find everything from card games that explore AI’s impact on social ties to role-playing scenarios that unpack the incentives behind tech companies’ decisions.

Designed for 13–22-year-olds, the first generation of AI natives, SPARKS includes facilitation materials for educators, mentors, and community leaders. That said, we’ve seen equally powerful moments when adults use the toolkit to spark reflection in their own workplaces, classrooms, and families.
